 I am writing to complain about the poor quality of the service at your centre. Everything seems to be worse than what you say in the advertisement.
 First of all, we only study with native teachers once a week and the rest of the time we study with Vietnamese teachers.I do not mean studying with Vietnamese teachers is bad. I want to say that it is not the same as what you say when you advertise. Besides, the class is too crowded with nearly 40 students and the rooms are too hot because they are not air-conditioned. Next, the class always starts late, at 6.00 pm, not 5.30 pm as in the advertisement. Finally, when i paid the tuition fee, I expected not to pay more than 100 thousand Dong.
 To resolve the problem, I require you to give me a refund. Enclosed is a copy of the receipt.

 Then, just as we thought we had only minutes to live, the fire brigade arrived. Firemen fought their way into the room and soon veryone was safety out of the building. Luckily nobody was seriously hurt. It was the most frightening experience in my life.
